Legal
Terms of Service & Use for MNDL
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between iViRTH Private Limited ("iViRTH", "we", "us", or "our"), operator of the MNDL platform (mndl.ivirth.in), and you — whether as an authorized school administrator, educator, parent/legal guardian, or student ("User", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using MNDL, registering a student profile, or participating in MNDL club programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an educational institution, you represent and warrant that you hold the requisite administrative authority to bind that institution.

1. Eligibility & Minor Consent Framework
MNDL is an ecosystem built specifically for the K–12 pedagogical continuum (Kindergarten through Class 12).
- Minors and School Partnership: Most individual student users
are minors under the age of 18. Individual minor accounts may only be
provisioned through:
- A formal institutional subscription or partnership agreement executed with an authorized school or district acting in loco parentis; or
- Verifiable written or digital consent provided by a parent or legal guardian.
- Parental Authority: Parents and legal guardians retain the right to review their child's profile, inspect submitted portfolios, or request account modification/closure through their school's administration.
- Age-Appropriate Experience: Certain advanced modules (e.g., student executive candidacy, specialized AIM developer environments) may carry stage-specific prerequisites aligned with grade-level bands.
2. Ecosystem Architecture & Scope of Services
MNDL provides an integrated student engagement infrastructure comprising:
- Home Club System: Student membership and activity tracking within the five elemental houses (Vriksha, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Shoonya).
- Digital Identity & Tracking: Longitudinal profile management via Helix, holistic growth indices via ViSE, and multidimensional progress reporting compatible with PARAKH 360°.
- National Academic Integration: Secure linkage with official government frameworks, including the APAAR ID registry, where provisioned by the participating school.
- Campus Spaces & Flagships: Digital coordination for campus hubs (such as The Arcade Wing and The Pitch Lounge) and competitive flagships (such as the annual Rankbhoomi tournaments).
- Programs & Capstones: Structured project frameworks including AIM (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning), CARE (Wellness and Mindfulness), and un-graded capstone tracks such as Anant.
3. Account Onboarding & Helix Profile Management
- Roster Accuracy: Partner schools provisioning student cohorts must ensure that student enrollment data, pedagogical stage classifications, and parental contact details are accurate and lawfully obtained.
- Credential Security: Students, parents, and educators must keep login credentials confidential. Sharing accounts across students or using another student's Helix profile is strictly prohibited.
- Profile Lifecycle: A student's Helix profile follows their progression from primary education through Class 12. Upon withdrawal or graduation, archival or portability to external academic wallets is governed by institutional policy and statutory norms.
4. Student Submissions & Intellectual Property Rights
MNDL encourages active creation, particularly through signature initiatives like the Anant capstone and AIM project tracks.
| Asset Type | Ownership | Usage Rights Granted to MNDL |
|---|---|---|
| Student Creative Works (indie games, musical compositions, code, writing, synths) | Retained fully by the student author/creator. Neither iViRTH nor the school claims ownership of student innovations. | A non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to display the project within internal school showcases, club leaderboards, and portfolio views. |
| Assessment & Growth Records (ViSE metrics, badges, event podium records) | Generated by MNDL platform algorithms in collaboration with school faculty. | Maintained for academic tracking and authorized reporting to parents, schools, and regulatory bodies (e.g., PARAKH). |
| MNDL Platform Assets (software code, UI/UX, character art, logos, mascots) | Proprietary property of iViRTH Private Limited. | Granted to users as a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license strictly for educational engagement. |
5. Acceptable Use Policy & Code of Conduct
Students, educators, and community members must maintain an uplifting, respectful learning environment across both digital modules and campus spaces.
Prohibited Conduct
- Cyberbullying & Harassment: No intimidation, derogatory language, identity defamation, or exclusion based on club allegiance, gender, background, or ability.
- Academic & Portfolio Dishonesty: Submitting another individual's code, design, or artistic work as one's own Anant capstone, or falsely fabricating badge requirements.
- Malicious Code & Exploits: Attempting to inject harmful code, reverse-engineer platform scripts, bypass stage restrictions, or manipulate Rankbhoomi leaderboards or voting engines.
- Commercialization: Using club communication wings or spaces to solicit sales, deploy commercial advertising, or run unapproved financial transactions.
Violations of this section will result in immediate disqualification from leadership candidacy, revocation of badges, temporary account suspension, or referral to school disciplinary councils.
6. Student Governance & Leadership Seats
- Executive Seats: Election or appointment to the 7-tier student leadership hierarchy (from Stage Prefects up to the Student President) is an educational privilege, not an employment contract.
- Ambassadorial Matrix: Faculty mentors and Parent Ambassadors retain advisory oversight over club activities to ensure safety and alignment with school charters.
- Impartiality & Standards: Leaders must represent all students equitably. iViRTH and school administrations reserve the right to remove any student leader who violates the Acceptable Use Policy or school behavioral guidelines.
7. Disclaimers
- Educational & Extracurricular Focus: MNDL is designed to complement accredited school curriculums. Unless explicitly certified through institutional state-board mandates, club medals and ViSE growth indices do not automatically substitute for statutory academic transcripts.
- CARE Program Non-Medical Disclaimer: Wellness, mindfulness, and rejuvenation activities under the CARE initiative are recreational tools intended for stress mitigation. They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or professional psychological therapy.
- Availability & Downtime: While we target continuous uptime, iViRTH is not liable for scheduled maintenance outages, local campus network interruptions, or server delays affecting real-time leaderboards.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- In no event shall iViRTH Private Limited, its directors, employees, or educational affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access, the MNDL platform.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of any dispute under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the user or the student's sponsoring school for the specific academic term in question.
9. Termination & Account Separation
- By School / Institutional Exit: If an educational institution terminates its institutional MNDL contract, access to collaborative spaces and campus leaderboards will cease at the end of the contracted term. Helix portfolio data will be made exportable prior to archival.
- For Cause: iViRTH or the partner school may immediately suspend or terminate any individual student, educator, or ambassador account found to be in severe or repeated breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
- Amicable Resolution: Any dispute, grievance, or controversy arising between an institution, parent, or user and iViRTH shall first be referred to internal mediation via our Grievance Officer.
- Arbitration & Jurisdiction: If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the courts situated therein shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
